Job Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven female who can wear two hats: a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) and a savvy Social Media Content Creator. This unique role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to craft compelling content that drives engagement and conversions. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers while also building our brand presence on social platforms. Think of yourself as part-hunter, part-storyteller. Schedule will be based with USA Time Zone. 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development (50%)

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential leads through outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, etc.)
  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach messages.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads using CRM tools.
  • Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Track outreach performance and iterate for better results.

 Social Media Content Creation (50%)

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create engaging posts, videos, carousels, and memes that align with the brand voice and attract potential customers.
  • Use content to warm up leads, build trust, and support the sales funnel.
  • Monitor trends and jump on viral opportunities to boost visibility.

What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or content creation roles.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable in front of the camera.
  • Perfect English speaker, both written and spoken.
  • A creative eye for content, trends, and attention-grabbing messaging.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and not afraid to pick up the phone or get on camera.
  • A love for both people and platforms.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech startups.
  • Familiarity with personal branding or creator-led marketing.
  • A small but mighty personal presence on social media.
