About the Role
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development while working with a cutting-edge technology company? Outsorcy, is seeking motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) Interns to engage with enterprise clients, helping them optimize their sales processes through innovative technology. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop sales skills, build relationships, and gain experience in a global market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lead research and prospecting to identify potential clients.
- Assist in outreach campaigns, including cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings between prospects and the sales team.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects in the CRM system.
- Support the sales team with market research, competitor analysis, and client insights.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and reports.
- Continuously improve outreach strategies based on feedback and performance data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Passion for sales, business development, and client engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain persistence in outreach.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation strategies.
