Job Overview:

We’re looking for a driven and results-focused Sales Development Representative to strengthen our sales team. This role involves generating new leads, building client relationships, and progressing the sales cycle. Collaborating closely with our sales team, you will identify prospects, engage with key decision-makers, and convert leads into solid opportunities. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, a solid commitment to sales goals, and a passion for fostering business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate, qualify, and cultivate new leads through diverse channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct detailed research to identify key individuals within target organizations.
  • Engage prospects effectively, assess their needs, and present compelling propositions to stimulate interest.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations, emphasizing the benefits and unique features of our solutions.
  • Accurately record all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospects, managing numerous leads and prioritizing follow-ups efficiently.
  • Assess leads using specific criteria and liaise with sales representatives for further progression.
  • Aid in formulating and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue objectives.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and product advancements to communicate our value proposition effectively.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality, market trends, and customer requirements to refine lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, English, or a related field (OPTIONAL).
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B sales context.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales and lead generation practices, techniques, and tools.
  • Outstanding communication skills, adept at engaging and establishing relationships with potential clients.
  • Independent and team-focused, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, skilled at task prioritization.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • Results-driven, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with a US accent (OPTIONAL).
