Role Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for researching and connecting with potential clients, initiating the first touchpoints, and booking qualified meetings for senior sales leadership. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced and ambitious SDR who’s ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, building meaningful relationships, engaging with key decision makers, and playing a key role in driving company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, research and engage potential customers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and personalized outreach like video messages.
- Generate 15–20 SQLs/month, maintaining a high volume of outbound activity
- Initiate and handle conversation with C-level executives and other key stakeholders
- Build strong first impressions with prospects, ensuring a professional tone across all interactions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, cadences, and targeting strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, track key outreach metrics (e.g., response rates, conversions), and test new outbound approaches.
- Provide field feedback to improve go-to-market strategies and support broader sales initiatives like events, content, or growth experiments.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales development or business development role, with proven success in outbound software prospecting.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English, with confidence engaging C-level prospects.
- Hands-on experience with outreach tools (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot or similar).
- Highly organized with a self-starter attitude and strong follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with CRMs and performance dashboards.
- Passion for sales, growth, and the opportunity to break into the U.S. tech market.
