About the Role
Are you an experienced sales professional ready to make an impact by supporting some of the most innovative B2B SaaS and tech companies in the U.S.? Outsorcy is hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team and help drive growth for our U.S.-based clients.

In this role, you will leverage your skills and expertise to connect with decision-makers, qualify leads, and build a strong sales pipeline. You’ll have the opportunity to work with leading companies in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Your Role:
Pipeline Development

  • Execute targeted outreach through email, phone, and social media to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with the target customer profile for our U.S.-based clients.

Building Relationships

  • Research and identify decision-makers within enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Develop personalized messaging that resonates with the needs and challenges of prospects.

Appointment Setting

  • Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives (AEs).
  • Provide a seamless handoff to AEs by documenting detailed context for each lead.

Process Management

  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities in CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to optimize strategies and drive results.

What We’re Looking For


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Experience prospecting U.S. enterprise and mid-market companies.
  • Proven ability to craft effective outreach strategies using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Consistently exceeding targets for prospecting activities and qualified leads.
  • Building a robust pipeline of opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Contributing to team objectives with a proactive and professional approach.
