KODE Labs is seeking a skilled Sales Data Analyst to join our Business Development team in Prishtina. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our sales strategy through the creation, production, and delivery of sales analysis, forecasts, and reporting. Your responsibilities include creating reports to support decision-making and monitoring sales forecast accuracy to drive performance improvements. This position is pivotal in ensuring our sales strategy remains dynamic and effective, directly contributing to our organization’s success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and manage standard and custom reports and dashboards to support sales operations.
• Define, design, and interpret key performance metrics to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts, managing the sales pipeline, and analyzing data to evaluate sales goals.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing to enhance operational efficiency.
• Recommend modifications to sales strategies based on market research and emerging trends.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and support sales performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of related experience in sales operations or business analysis.
• Proficient understanding of market trends, and data analysis.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to organize large datasets into actionable insights.
• Experience with CRM
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, R, Tableau, Power BI, or others).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
