Sales Coordinator (German)

Expectations / Duties

• ​Coordinate and track content requests from external partners;
• Organize and delegate campaign tasks to internal teams;
• ​Review campaign assets and ensure quality standards before launch;
• Gather and document post-campaign performance data;
• Share performance reports with internal departments;
• ​Collaborate with fnance to issue and review invoices for completed services;
• Act as a liaison between sales, content, and customer care teams;
• ​Ensure all campaigns are launched on schedule and meet key deadlines.

Skills / Technology / Requirements

• ​ Comfortable using Excel, CRM tools, and project management software;
• Excellent German language skills (written & spoken); English is a plus;
• Experience working with both internal and external teams;
• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related feld preferred;
• Understanding of various communication mediums such as Slack, Discord, Google Meet, etc; ​
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
