In connection with the expansion of the activity in Kosovo we are looking to hire a Sales representative for our office in Prishtina: 

Main characteristics of Sales position:

Responsibilities:

• Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct service demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our services.
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the customer.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in logistics. Not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a keen understanding of the sales process.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and surpass targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft office software.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace challenges and learn continuously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
• B category driving license a mandatory.
