Orderific is seeking motivated and organized Sales Agents to close sales and boost our customer base.  After making initial contact, you will present the benefits of our product and services, helping them understand how our product can enhance their  business process and increase sales for them. We prefer candidates who have sales experience and a solid history of closing sales, but we are willing to train the right people.

Sales Agent Duties and Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through phone calls and emails
• Close sales and lead customer through the purchasing process
• Go off-script when necessary to build a relationship with customers or answer any questions they have not addressed in the script.
• Update database with new information every time a customer calls, and back up data regularly to protect sensitive customer information.
• Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.
• Meet and/or exceed the monthly quotas
• Flexible with working hours and different time zones

Sales Agent Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English 
• Priority is given to those who have experience in CallCenter and Sales jobs
• Highly self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Base Salary of 500 euro with lucrative commission structure!
