Sales Representative for Kosovo – Construction Industry
For our international partner we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales
Representative to join the team. The successful candidate must have several years of basic
experience meeting sales quotas in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads/business by identifying and following up with potential clients
through door-to-door visits, cold calling, networking and other means; - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to be able
to communicate effectively to clients; - Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, including
demonstrations of our products and services; - Collaborate with technical and operational teams to provide solutions to the clients;
- Negotiate and close deals with new clients;
- To be active with the changes in the market and the activity of the competitors, as
well as to give comments to the management about the possible improvements of our
offers; - Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas consistently.
Requirements:
- University degree in the relevant field;
- Experience meeting sales quotas in a B-to-B and B-to-C environment is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of the English language is mandatory;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively
communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders; - Proven sales experience, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals;
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
