The Justice Activity in Kosovo is a USAID program implemented by Chemonics International in Kosovo. The purpose of the Justice Activity is a more responsive justice system capable of providing people access to quality services and multiple means to solve their justice needs and every day legal problems to generate greater public trust in the justice system and the rule of law. As part of project activities, the Justice Activity in Kosovo requires the purchase of Video Production services for Justice Activity purposes.

The purpose of this RFQ (JAK-SAF-003) is to solicit quotations from eligible Vendors for as-needed, ad hoc purchases of Video Production services. As a result of this RFQ, the Justice Activity in Kosovo anticipates issuing a blanket purchase agreement (BPA)—or possibly multiple BPAs—to establish specific pricing levels and parameters for ordering these services. This will allow the Justice Activity in Kosovo to issue specific purchase orders, on an as-needed basis, for the procurement of these services over the next 43 months. The Vendor shall furnish the services described in any purchase orders issued by Chemonics under this BPA.
