Making the Central City Park User Friendly in Gjilan/Gnjilane

Democracy International, implementer of the USAID Social Contract Activity, intends to award a fixed priced purchase order to a local qualified vendor to provide the necessary equipment – Ultrasonic Device with sound (Multi Sound Acoustic Bird Repeller) – to be installed in the Central City Park of Gjilan/Gnjilnae. This initiative aims to effectively address the problem of excessive bird droppings in the Central City Park of Gjilan/Gnjilane to make it more user friendly, as part of the Social Contract Agenda process in Gjilan/Gnjilane Municipality for the USAID Social Contract Activity.

Eligibility: The tendering process is open to all legally registered local firms who want to participate. All legally registered local firms must be able to document their eligibility to participate according to the requirements of the request for quotations (RFQ).

How to Obtain a Tender Dossier: The tender dossier, which includes the specifications for the services requested, including evaluation criteria, and scope of work, is available by writing to: [email protected], from November 24, 2023 through December 8, 2023

Questions and Clarifications: Offerors must submit all questions and requests for clarifications regarding this RFQ in writing via email to [email protected]. All correspondence regarding this solicitation must reference the RFQ number in the subject line. No phone calls or in-person inquiries will be entertained.

Offer Deadline: Quotations must be submitted in electronic format to [email protected], no later than 4p.m. Kosovo local time on December 8, 2023. Late offers will be rejected except under extraordinary circumstances at DI’s discretion.
