Prishtina Online Application

USAID’s Social Contract Activity intends to engage a professional company or firm to upgrade and redesign the Prishtina Online Application platform. The Prishtina Online project, in collaboration with the Social Contract Activity and the Capital City of Prishtina, aims to simplify citizen engagement and improve municipal services through digital innovation. This initiative responds to the need for streamlined communication, efficient issue reporting, and accessible information for Prishtina’s residents.

As part of the Prishtina Online Application project, the existing prishtinaonline.com website will undergo a comprehensive redesign/upgrade aimed at enhancing user-friendliness, improving the overall user experience, and introducing a modern user interface (UI) design. The redesign will leverage advanced technologies to ensure ease of navigation, accessibility, and visual appeal.

The selected firm is anticipated to develop a new Prishtina Online platform with modern features and enhanced security. Development of native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms based on the new Prishtina Online platform. Integration of key features such as problem reporting system, GPS location, multimedia upload, notifications, payment gateway, system integration, etc. Implementation of AI-powered chatbot, multilingual support, accessibility features, and compatibility with various devices. Testing, documentation, deployment, and ongoing support to ensure a seamless user experience, etc. 

Eligibility: The tendering process is open to all legally registered local firms who want to participate. All legally registered local firms must be able to document their eligibility to participate according to the requirements of the request for Proposals (RFP).

Questions and Clarifications: Offerors must submit all questions and requests for clarifications regarding this RFP in writing via email to [email protected] All correspondence regarding this solicitation must reference the RFP number in the subject line. No phone calls or in-person inquiries will be entertained.

Offer Deadline: Proposals must be submitted in electronic format to [email protected] no later than 4p.m. Kosovo local time on July 5, 2024. Late offers will be rejected except under extraordinary circumstances at DI’s discretion.
