Campaign to promote the Social Contract Agenda process in first five scale-up municipalities and second five scale-up municipalities

USAID’s Social Contract Activity intends to engage a professional public relations (PR)/marketing company for two main objectives: (1) to conduct a promotional campaign for the Social Contract Agenda process in the first five scale-up municipalities and second five scale-up municipalities, and (2) to capture and share success stories and short videos arising from the implementation of Social Contract Agendas in these municipalities. The selected PR/marketing firm is anticipated to devise a comprehensive plan for disseminating information about the Social Contract Agendas to the broader public. The primary goal is to involve citizens in the implementation process and address community issues outlined in the Agenda. Additionally, the firm is tasked with creating 24 videos showcasing successful interactions between community groups and officials in the identified municipalities. These videos will highlight achievements in resolving community issues and feature topics such as participatory budgeting. The firm is expected to actively participate in key events within the first five scale-up municipalities and second five scale-up municipalities. Their role will involve capturing professional photos and video footage of citizens and officials collaborating to address community issues, with the intention of incorporating these visuals into the promotional videos.

Additionally, the company will produce infographics to illustrate success stories or/and promote the Social Contract Agendas. 

Eligibility: The tendering process is open to all legally registered local firms who want to participate. All legally registered local firms must be able to document their eligibility to participate according to the requirements of the request for Proposals (RFP).

No phone calls or in-person inquiries will be entertained.

Offer Deadline: Proposals must be submitted in electronic format to [email protected] no later than 4p.m. Kosovo local time on April 18, 2024. Late offers will be rejected except under extraordinary circumstances at DI’s discretion.
