Regional Lead

Lina is a vertically integrated hospitality business.

We offer guests hotel quality accommodations in beautifully curated private homes, with tech enabled services resulting in amazing experiences for travelers.

We are a young and lean team. In Prishtine we employ a centralized back-office handling tenant support, marketing, leasing, procurement, accounting, IT, interior design, and architecture.

Our Prishtina talent has years of experience in residential and commercial real estate development and operations. Extended time-zone working hours allow us to effectively respond to issues around the clock. Our young and energetic team manages our properties, people, tenants, and vendors digitally and our deployed technology allows us to run operations smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Drives highly visible strategic projects, working cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and develop solutions and actionable recommendations and results through a rigorous, data-driven process.
• Create hospitable environment and effectively manage the Kosovo office for Stay at Lina.
• Drives the operational cadence for the group, measure and track critical KPIs and initiatives, and present to an executive leadership audience.
• Contribute and/or development of policies and procedures supporting the delivery of support and services adhering the company.
• Act as a key stakeholder and leader within Operations & Insights, the analytical arm of revenue-generating machine.
• Lead development of any new operation strategies.
• Support the company departments with developing, enhancing, a process for effective and streamlined recruiting processes and procedures.
• Assume oversight of strategy & operations for organization; build and scale a rapidly evolving line of business and team.
• Monitor external environment (e.g., market conditions, competitive pressures, regulatory landscape) and derive implications for the business.
• Drive alignment on priorities across key business functions, including sales, operations, marketing, and product strategy.
• Lead end-to-end execution on major initiatives.
• Oversee sales activity operations.
• Lead development of any new operation strategies.

Job Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Mandatory financial experience.
• Preferred experience in real estate development.
• Advanced level of written and spoken English proficiency.
• Must possess intercultural skills and demonstrate the ability to effectively work with all levels of company personnel.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
