What You’ll Do as a Headhunter & SDR:

• Connect with potential candidates through various platforms.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with awesome job opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and financial news to provide valuable insights.
• Work closely with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly and we reach our goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• No need for previous experience or a specific degree – we value passion, drive, and a hunger to succeed!
• English fluency is a must.
• Love keeping up with financial markets, economic trends, and industry news.
• Strong analytical skills to match candidates with the right jobs.

• Awesome communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, at our convenient office location.
