What do you need to be a part of our team?

• English Level C1 (speaking, writing, listening)
• Full-Time availability, Monday to Friday, 15.00 – 23.00
• Location: On-Site (Tirana, Albania & Prishtina, Kosovo)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates across various platforms. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to independently navigate job boards like Indeed, Monster, and others, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source candidates through platforms like Indeed, Monster, and more
• Screen candidates to ensure they meet job requirements
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer
• Utilize creative strategies to attract top talent
• Maintain an organized pipeline of qualified candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet company staffing needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter with a strong ability to source candidates online
• Expertise with major job boards (Indeed, Monster, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize task
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
