We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter to join our HR team. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet the growing needs of our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for various aspects of the procurement process, with a focus on the following key responsibilities:

Location: Prishtine, Kosovo

Type: Regular Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions (entry-level to mid-management).
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate profiles.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Track and manage the candidate pipeline using applicant tracking systems.
  • Assist in the negotiation and preparation of job offers, and conduct background checks.
  • Stay up to date with current recruitment trends and strategies.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to speak English language at high level.
