• You are extremely organized, adept at managing multiple tasks, and excel in administrative work, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. 
• Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, comfortable in conversing with diverse candidates, and you have a knack for building great rapport. 
• You have a proven track record in recruitment, with an eye for spotting the right talent, assessing for culture fit, and passionate about finding the perfect match for each role. 
• You are adaptable, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments, with a strong capacity for strategic thinking and problem-solving. 
• You value teamwork and collaboration yet are self-driven and can work independently under minimal supervision. 
• Eager to learn and grow, you are passionate about making a significant impact within a visionary company. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting plans to meet the needs of our diverse ventures, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. 
• Recruitment of both permanent positions as well as contractor-based roles, including freelancers and self-employed individuals. 
• Conduct international recruitment efforts, leveraging multiple platforms and strategies to attract top talent globally. 
• Manage the entire recruitment process with high organizational and administrative skills, from initial contact to offer acceptance. 
• Work closely with the founder and a tight-knit team, contributing insights and strategies to enhance our recruitment process and candidate experience. 
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and effective evaluation process focused on both skills and cultural fit. 
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, promoting our brand and values to prospective employees. 
• Stay abreast of recruitment trends, best practices, and compliance across different regions and industries.
