CURRENT OPENING: (Quality Assurance) Property Claim File Reviewer  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Conducts quality reviews of documentation  
• Reviews Property Insurance policy coverage. 
• Communicates via email with US Adjusters and Insurance Carriers 
• Read, review, and correct estimates through specific software. 
• Provides input for the establishment and update of client guidelines. 

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Performs other duties as assigned. 
• Supports the organization’s quality program(s). 
• Attends additional training as requested or required. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• A minimum of C1 written and spoken English.
• A minimum of a High School diploma.
  
• Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
• Knowledge and understanding of construction materials
• Good knowledge on Microsoft 365 – Primarily excel word 
• Great interpersonal skills 
• Ability to meet deadlines and set priorities. 
• Strong customer service skills 
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment 
• Ability to handle work-related stress and handle multiple priorities.
