Job Overview:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to oversee the work of multiple positions within our company. The role involves ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time, maintaining high standards across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure completion of administrative tasks across different roles.
- Schedule necessary tasks in the calendar.
- Oversee the calendar to ensure that all scheduled tasks and deadlines are logically timed and coordinated effectively.
- Contact clients for missing information needed.
- Conduct audits to ensure quality and compliance.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, project management, Human Resources management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Extremely meticulous and able to meet deadlines.
- Availability to work from 14:00 to 22:00 at our office in Prishtina, Kosovo.
