We are seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and reliability. This role involves developing and implementing QA/QC procedures, leading audits, managing a team, and collaborating with various departments to uphold our commitment to quality.
Location: ITBM Logistics, Dobrotin (Gracanica), Kosovo
Type: Regular Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company requirements.
- Lead the QA/QC team in performing inspections, tests, and audits to verify that products and processes meet specified standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis for any quality issues, implement corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Review and approve quality documentation, including test plans, inspection reports, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns and ensure continuous improvement.
- Monitor key quality metrics, such as defect rates, customer complaints, and audit findings, and report these to senior management.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Manage internal and external quality audits, ensuring that all regulatory and client requirements are met.
- Oversee the handling of non-conforming products, including disposition and corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in quality assurance and quality control.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in quality control software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
