QA Automation Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts  using Selenium and Cucumber to ensure comprehensive test coverage. 
• Test Execution & Reporting: Execute test scripts, analyze results, identify defects, and  collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. 
• CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to provide  continuous testing and timely feedback. 
• Quality Assurance & Improvement: Contribute to the design and implementation of QA  processes, standards, and best practices, and conduct code reviews. 
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers,  product managers) to deliver high-quality software and provide updates on testing  progress. 
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in  software engineering. 

MUST-HAVE SKILL

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2-7 years of experience in QA automation with a strong focus on Selenium and Cucumber. 
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with CI tools (e.g., Jenkins) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
