Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer with strong technical abilities in front-end and back-end test automation. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing user stories, creating test cases, and collaborating effectively with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Tests: Design, develop, and run automated frontend and backend tests for complex workflows.
  
• Tool Proficiency: Use tools like Cypress for frontend testing and Postman for API testing, with scripting capabilities in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  
• CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with DevOps to ensure smooth deployment processes.
  
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other testers to communicate and resolve technical issues
  
• Debugging and Problem-Solving: Analyze issues using debugging tools (Cypress Test Runner, browser developer tools, Postman console) and refine tests as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Cypress (end-to-end testing) and Postman (API testing).
• Familiarity with Jest or Jasmine for unit/integration tests.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
• Understanding of Angular applications and basic backend processes.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Strong communication skills and analytical abilities for test planning and troubleshooting.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of test design techniques like boundary value analysis and error guessing.
• Experience in automation strategies and test layering (unit, integration, end-to-end).
