We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with expertise in scaling AI applications, particularly chatbots and Vector Databases (GenAI apps). This role requires a strong background in AI/ML, including Natural Language Processing (NLP) and data manipulation. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy chatbots using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) approaches and vector databases to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Build and optimize automation systems for extracting, predicting, and classifying text data, improving workflow efficiency.
• Design and implement algorithms to process and structure unstructured data from multiple sources and languages.
• Create AI-powered tools to automate responses, inquiries, and participation requests in various workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data extraction, chunking techniques, and document processing (Excel, Word, PDFs).

Skills & Expertise:

Must-Have:

• Strong proficiency in Python, with a focus on writing clean, reusable, and efficient code for automating workflows and building scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in AI-driven solutions.
• Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including text extraction, classification, and semantic search.
• Experience in data manipulation and processing large datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Ability to ensure applications are optimized for performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Should-Have:

• Familiarity with advanced NLP models such as GPT, BERT, LLaMA, and experience using tools like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
• Understanding of DevOps and MLOps processes to streamline deployment and operations.
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., MySQL).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working with text parsing libraries like PyMuPDF, Docling, NLTK, Spacy.
• Ability to train and fine-tune models for specific NLP tasks.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development or similar roles.
