Responsibilities:

• Operates as the point of contact for assigned owners.
• Preparing reports on the financial performance of properties.
• Collecting rent and other property fees, dealing with late payments.
• Provide maintenance services and address tenants’ and owners’ complaints.
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.

Requirements

• Very good customer service and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues.
• Organization and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Experience in property management, customer service or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to work in team.
• Ability to type 50 wpm
