Working closely with our Team and Quality Management staff, your efforts will be key in delivering top-notch service quality.

• Comprehensive management of project operations and procedures.
• Effective integration of client requirements into our operational processes.
• Collaborative engagement with Team and Quality Management to uphold service excellence.
• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine and enhance processes.
• Managing relationships with all project stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven expertise in project management and operational leadership.
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English.
• Strong analytical ability, particularly in handling data and numbers.
• Prior experience in the call center sector is preferred.
