Prishtina Engineering (PE) is excited to announce multiple career opportunities for talented and motivated individuals to join our innovative team. The company was founded in 2019, we are a young and dynamic company with that desires to expand our market presence.

We specialize in digital drawings in REVIT, with installations of HVAC (Heat, ventilation & Air Conditions) systems in industrial building.

The primary focus is precise 3D models of ventilation systems, coordinated with interdisciplinary subjects, controlled and conducted. PE desires to be the smartest in the industry and meet customer expectations by delivering good and innovative solutions. Customer satisfaction is therefore a feature the company wishes to cultivate and be characterized by. 

Though we have completed various projects exclusively in Norway, we are now looking to expand our market to other countries. We are seeking to fill the following positions: 

1. Project Manager (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D design of HVAC systems in MagiCAD and REVIT
• BIM -Coordintaion of interdisciplinary subject, such as Electro, plumbing, Construction etc.
• Conduct inspections and meetings.
• Understand client specifications and make ensure that deliveries are carried out according to project specifications.
• Responsibility for different parts of the project
• Prepare inquiry documents
• Search out market in Kosova, and assign contracts. 

Qualifications

• Experience in REVIT and MagiCAD
• Experience in BIM, Solibiri or similar programs.
• Ventilation or/and Electrical experience
• Experience from HVAC or/and Electrical engineering.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC systems
• Experience in Autocad and MagiCAD
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / or technical background.
• Fluent English, written and oral. 
• Written and oral Norwegian is an advantage

2. Marketing Director (Part-time, 50% Position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote PE’s services.
• Manage social media platforms, website content, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Reach out to potential customer, collaborate with the Team leader for sales.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English, written and oral. 
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

3. Internship Position (6 months)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the engineering team with REVIT MEP drawings and HVAC system design.
• Support project managers in project coordination and documentation.
• Perform research and data analysis as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Preferably at the 3rd year of bachelor degree.
• Basic knowledge of REVIT MEP and HVAC systems.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
