ProCredit Bank Kosovo is currently looking to recruit a full-time:

Project Manager for Digital Channels and Business Support Department

The Project Manager for the Digital Channels & Business Support Department is responsible for leading and managing various digital initiatives, projects, and operational improvements. This role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance requirements. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive project success and enhance digital channel capabilities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Lead the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, marketing, business, and support functions, to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Track project progress and performance using appropriate metrics and tools.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation within the department.
  • Participate in the design of new products and features, ensuring they align with operational capabilities and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • University degree in business administration, project management, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels, banking operations, and business support functions.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Very good command of the English language (spoken and written).
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
