Your responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and coordinate multiple projects, fostering smooth communication and collaboration between teams.
• Develop comprehensive project timelines and ensure that milestones are met, ensuring efficient progress and successful project completion.
• Gain a deep understanding of our APIs and remain open to learning new technologies as required, enabling effective problem-solving and efficient troubleshooting.
• Collaborate closely with the data team to investigate and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal system performance.
• Provide Level 3 customer support, offering advanced technical assistance, handling complex inquiries, and troubleshooting with a high level of technical knowledge.
• Client service and technical support experience with a startup mindset, analytical skills, and troubleshooting ability.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and ownership
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Job requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
• Proven track record in coordinating teams for successful project outcomes.
• Strong DER (Distributed energy resources) understanding.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on detailed investigation and implementation of solutions.
• Customer support experience in roles requiring deep technical knowledge for handling complex inquiries and providing exceptional service through system demonstrations, training, and technical assistance.

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with APIs, Jira, databases, data aggregation, energy, or fintech industries is a plus!

• Hybrid position working with US teams based in Macedonia and Kosovo
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3 pm-11 pm CEST (Skopje, Prishtina, Tirana local time)
• Indefinite contract
