Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to support Executive technology leaders in the delivery of complex IT projects. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project goals, develop plans, and drive execution. This individual will play a critical role in leading multiple projects simultaneously while fostering collaboration and aligning efforts with the company’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities & Duties

Project Planning and Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Risk Management and Problem Solving

• Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and changes to all relevant parties.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.

Quality Assurance and Reporting

• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare project reports and documentation.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
• Motivate team members and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements and Skills

Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and financial aspects of projects.

Certifications (Preferred but not required)

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects.
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale, complex projects simultaneously.
