Job Summary:
As a Project Coordinator – in the PMO Department at Tangoo, you will support the Strategic Project Manager in designing and refning company processes, working on strategic initiatives and projects to drive company growth, and championing project management best practices. Your role involves supporting the implementation of new processes and project management practices and tools to streamline the company operations and improve cross-team collaboration, productivity, communication, You will also prepare and deliver training and ensure effective adoption of strategic initiatives across the company. You will also collaborate with various departments to advance company-wide initiatives, providing expert guidance as part of the Project Management Ofce (PMO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Design & Improvement: Work with the Strategic Project Manager to design, implement, and enhance company processes that support operational efciency and strategic goals.
- Strategic Initiatives: Assist in executing strategic projects aimed at driving company growth and optimizing workfows.
- Project Management Practices: Advocate for and implement project management best practices and methodologies across the organization.
- Tool Implementation: Facilitate the adoption of productivity and project management tools, delivering training and ongoing support to ensure effective use.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work and support various departments to align and execute company initiatives, ensuring cohesive and efcient project management.
- Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs on project management tools and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifcations:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant feld.
- 1+ years of experience in project management or process design feld.
- Project Management certifcations.
- Fluency in English (C1 and up); profciency in additional languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Profciency in project management tools like Clickup, Trello, or Asana.
- Knowledge in collaborative tools like Miro.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Profciency in Microsoft Ofce Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
