Appbites, part of Sigma Technology Group is a digital company based in Pristina, Kosovo offering customized web and mobile software, e-commerce, maintenance, and hosting solutions, since 2016.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as Product Management and IT Requirements specialist for our client, one of the largest german car manufacturers in Europe.

The position encompasses following main areas: 

• Requirements management and IT product management for the existing online automotive platform
• Support and advice in the product management and further development of the online and after sales shop
• Operational coordination and follow-up of project activities and scheduling
• Requirements identification and specification in the context of further system development/optimizatoin for the online shop and relevant 3rd party systems
• Creation of requirement tickets and coordination of these with the other brand and market representatives, as well as technical service providers
• Creation of IT processes and documentation for customizations and development of new features for legacy systems
• Creation of user flows and user journeys
• Project reporting to stakeholders
• Regular participation in project meetings (e.g. workshops, technical coordination meetings, etc.)
• Preparation of workshops and training courses
• Active organization and support of the go-live and rollout with all departments involved

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in requirements management, IT project management and support
• Familiarity with IT product management, especially in the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of IT processes and documentation
• Experience in creating and maintaining reporting and documentation
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
