We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the procurement team in various tasks, including vendor communication, purchase order processing, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative and communication skills, as well as a basic understanding of procurement processes.
Location: ITBM Logistics, Dobratine, Gracanica
Type: Regular Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and other factors.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare purchase orders and manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to forecast demand.
- Analyze market trends and developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information in our procurement system.
- Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economic, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Buyer, Procurement Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to speak English language at high level.
