The Premium Spirits & Coffee Ambassador role is at heart of Coca-Cola HBC. A role where you see the impact of your work every day. As a Premium Spirits & Coffee Ambassador, you’ll be in charge of bringing a wide portfolio of some of the most iconic global and local coffee and spirits brands in HoReCa channel to your local market. Meeting our customers every day, you are the face of Coca-Cola HBC. In an environment of intense learning you will uplift your skills and apply the best FMCG market approaches and practices in sales and market activation. This will help you achieve competitive results and build lasting trusting relationships with customers. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS PREMIUM SPIRITS & COFFEE AMBASSADOR
  •  Ensuring a premium customer experience, through exceptional delivery of Coffee and Premium Spirits in HoReCa specific targets according to company’s strategy and targets.
  • Contributes to speed coffee and premium spirits culture and values internally in organization and in the market.
  • Effective selling and negotiations with customers (new products, distribution, etc.)
  • Continuously exploits to the market and to the customer growth opportunities a new customer deployment.
  • Presents coffee and premium spirits offer to potential new Horeca outlets, mastering product range and professional machine coffee making techniques, barista coffee-related routines and possibilities of mixology with other CCHBC products .
  • Run contract negotiation and manager the contract signing process.
  • Participation to team activities for the achievement of the team’s results (critical KBIs).
  • Contributes to the development of the total team by sharing knowledge to peers and upwards.
  • Effectively collaborates with cross-category sales people to support coffee and premium spirits sales.
  • Ensures achievement of new launches targets in own area and contributes to total team results.

  • Experience in new customer development relevant categories
  • Experience gained in Coffee & Premium Spirits categories will be advantage
  • Selling & Negotiating skills
  • On-Trade Activation experience
  • Customer Insight
  • Strong analysis & synthesis skills
  • Financial Acumen
  • English – min B2
  • Having high school degree or being on course of getting a higher degree
  • Owning a valid driver’s license
  • Fluent in local language
