Përgjegjësitë kryesore:

• Kontrollimi i dokumenteve që kërkohen për disbursimin e kredisë
• Kryerja e procesit të disbursimit të kredive në sistem
• Regjistrimi i marrëveshjeve dhe kolateraleve në TEBIS
• Kontrollimi dhe kryerja e regjistrimit të pengut në regjistrin e pengut
• Kryerja e pagesave të kredisë nëse ka ndonjë kërkesë nga dega
• Kryerja e ndonjë ndryshimi në planin e pagesave sipas kërkesës së degës dhe miratimit të shitjeve
• Punonjësi është i obliguar që, përveç detyrave të përcaktuara në kontratën e punës dhe në përshkrimin e punës, të kryejë edhe detyra të tjera të kërkuara nga mbikëqyrësi/punëdhënësi i menjëhershëm, në varësi të nevojave të punëdhënësit dhe në përputhje me ligjet dhe rregulloret në fuqi si dhe aktet e brendshme/ nën-ligjore të punëdhënësit.

Kualifikimet e nevojshme:

• Student(e) në vitin e fundit të diplomimit në studimet themelore (BA).
• Aftësi të shkëlqyera të komunikimit
• Anëtar i shkëlqyer i ekipit
• Njohuri të shkëlqyera të gjuhës angleze
• Aftësi të kërkuara në aplikacionet MS Office

TEB Sh.A. is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Credit Operations Intern to be recruited in Head Office/Prishtinë.

Main responsibilities:

• Checking documents which are required for loan disbursement
• Performing the process of disbursement of credits in system
• Registering the agreements and collaterals in TEBIS
• Checking and performing the registration of pledges to the pledge registry
• Performing credit payments if there is any requirement from branch
• Performing any change in payment plan as per branch request and sales approval
• The employee is obliged that, except for duties specified in the employment contract and in the job description, to perform other duties required by the immediate supervisor/employer, depending on the needs of the employer and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as internal acts/bylaws of the employer.

Qualifications required:

• Last year students for Bachelor’s degree.
• Perfect communication skills
• Excellent Team Member
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Required proficiency in of MS Office applications
