Payroll Administration Specialist
We are looking for a candidate who has both Payroll and HR Administration experience, to join our back office team in Prishtina. This candidate will under the responsibility of Chief Accountant, however will work closely to support the HR team in all Admin duties.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining employee data records/employee files
- Updating human resources databases (e.g., new hires, terminations, annual leave, and sick leave).
- Preparing employee Contracts and Annexes
- Monitoring legal obligations such as:
o medical examinations
o health and safety training for all new employees
o first aid training
o training against the fire
- Assisting in the preparation of payroll data for salary processing.
- Developing processes and procedures relevant to the department and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Issuing certificates upon employee requests and providing relevant information.
- Other admin and payroll related duties that might come up.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills in both the local language and English
- Previous experience in an administrative and payroll role for at least 2 years
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to unforeseen situations
