Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Specialist to join our team (German Speaking), providing exceptional over-the-phone support to patients of a leading orthodontic clinic. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring patients have a smooth and positive experience, addressing their needs and guiding them through the clinic’s services. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries regarding appointments, treatments, and clinic services.
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on treatments, or provide additional information as required.
• Provide compassionate and clear communication to address patient concerns or questions.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments using the clinic’s management system.
• Ensure appointments are booked accurately and efficiently to optimize clinic schedules.
• Send reminders and follow-up messages regarding upcoming or missed appointments.
• Deliver a positive patient experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Handle challenging situations or escalations with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.

Collaboration with the Clinic Team:

• Communicate important patient information to the clinic’s on-site staff.
• Coordinate with orthodontists and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in German and English over the phone.
• Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes effectively.
