As an Outbound Sales Representative at Royal York Property Management, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers to generate sales leads and close deals. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by effectively communicating the value of our services and converting leads into loyal customers. You will be provided with training, tools, and resources to excel in this role.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads, track interactions, and follow up with leads as necessary.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches and service presentations to potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English, with a mandatory proficiency level of C1.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in sales.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a competitive spirit.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Must be available to work from our office located in Pristina.

What We Offer:

  • Our compensation package includes a base salary and an uncapped commission structure. On average, our outbound sales representatives earn between 1500 to 1800 Euros per month, combining both the base salary and commissions, with the potential to earn even more based on your performance.
