OPERATIONS MANAGER (m/f/d)

Fulltime / 40 hours a week / Prishtina, Kosovo

Your contribution will be

• Managing the operational functions as well as supervising staff and contractors
• Providing strategic direction for the organization by developing short-term and long-term financial and operational goals
• Determining ways to reduce costs, increase income, and improve overall organization performance
• Working with other executive colleagues to implement plans and policies throughout the organization
• Overseeing organization communications and branding strategies to ensure consistency and quality

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Proven experience in a leadership position in a service-driven business
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Albanian and/or Serbian
• Very strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. MBA, is desirable but not required
• Dedication and passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS values and issues
• Driver’s license required
