Your role

The main goal of this role is to increase our organic reach, grow our patient database, build brand loyalty and onboard as many patients as possible into the right study.

You will

• Direct Marketing Campaigns – Development of engagement campaigns to engage registered users with our brand and to raise awareness of new studies and platform features.
• Patient database: You are also responsible for defining and implementing strategies for building our patient database
• Organizational Partnerships – Establishing new and expanding existing partnerships with patient organizations.
• Execution of social media strategies – Working closely with our client’s internal social media monitoring team, paid social team and copywriters, you will lead the organic social media strategy (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) , which generates followers and engagement and drives traffic to our websites
• Content strategy – implementation of the content strategy. This includes indication-specific communication of content, developed by our in-house copywriters, that drives engagement and referrals across organic and paid channels.
• PR & Events – You not only develop the PR and event strategy, but implement it with your team to strengthen our brand in our focus countries

What you bring to the table

• 2+ years of professional experience in Online-Marketing
• Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Internet affinity (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.) and knowledge of how websites and blogs work
• Experience in leading strategic projects and initiatives
• A hands-on personality with an emphasis on being pragmatic and quick to action
• Agile, proactive, solution-oriented, and self-driven personality with strong organizational and communication skills
• German language (C2) is a must as well as good in English
