Our client is establishing a new market within commercial real estate – a sector ripe for disruption having installed hundreds of thousands of IoT sensors in thousands of buildings. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding New Customers to the internal platforms
• Managing Energy Star Portfolio Manager integration post onboarding
• Historical Data Management
• Managing Meter add-on deals
• Proactive Utility Login Failures
• Utility Bill Upload
• Platform admin maintenance

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer experience
• SAAS customer onboarding experience
• SAAS Tier 1 Support Maintenance
• Detail oriented
• Real estate experience
• Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite and intercom

Nice to have:

• Experience in the commercial real estate space/or ESG consulting

• Hybrid position working with US teams based in Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 – 17:30 CET (Prishtina/Skopje/Tirana time)
• Indefinite contract
