Role Overview:
A dynamic technology company with offices in London, Singapore, and Sydney, serving customers worldwide. Our solutions enable well-known high street retail brands across 40 countries to offer digital receipts in their stores and measure the return of their advertising spend on Google and Facebook. We are a rapidly expanding company in this sector and are looking for a talented Onboarding Manager to join our team.
As an Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for our retail clients as they integrate our digital receipts solution. This role requires excellent project management and organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously. You will work closely with internal teams, including Sales and Technology, as well as external client teams, to ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, coordinate, and execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and collaborate with Sales, Technology, and Client teams during all project phases, from initial scoping to go-live.
- Own and monitor project progress, document key milestones, and ensure alignment with project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, identify potential issues, and implement solutions for efficiency improvements.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by effectively managing expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Analyze onboarding processes and provide actionable feedback to streamline workflows and introduce automation for cost efficiencies.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to the Sales team by understanding customer needs and business growth potential.
- Contribute ideas for product innovation and enhancement based on client feedback and industry trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Professional certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, SCRUM) is preferred.
- Proven ability to execute projects end-to-end using best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs and confidence in communicating with IT teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to project execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both in-office and remote international colleagues.
- Experience with project management tools and workflow automation.
- Experience in the retail sector is beneficial but not essential.
