Office Manager (m/f/d) – Your new stable in Kosovo! 

Kosovo is our next big investment country and we need a strong hand on the reins to get our office there in top shape!  As Office Manager (m/f/d) for our Kosovo office, you are the calm anchor in the gallop of our family business – organized, resilient and always with a smile on your face, no matter if it’s stormy or the sun is shining.

Your tasks in the course:

• You hold the reins and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the office – from organization to administration.
• You are the first point of contact for internal and external contacts – whether customers, partners or our team.
• You juggle contracts, invoices and documents with the elegance of a dressage rider.
• You coordinate appointments, keep an eye on deadlines and ensure that our Kosovo location always stays on its toes.
• You support our teams on site, organize meetings and help to successfully bring new projects off the ground.

What you bring with you to the riding hall:

• Experience in office management or a similar position – you know how to keep an office running smoothly.
• Structured, independent way of working – you never lose control.
• Strong communication skills and organizational talent – you hold the team together like a good paddock fence.
• Good knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word and Co. are not wild stallions for you, but tame ponies.
• Fluent English and German – if you speak Albanian or Serbian, you’ll get extra points in show jumping!
