Office Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for Office Manager to join our office in Prishtina.

Quipu is the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group and provides comprehensive end-to-end solutions for all ProCredit institutions, as well as for other banks and financial institutions This includes everything from electronic payment services to software systems, hybrid cloud hosting, and a host of other operations.

A 100% subsidiary of ProCredit Holding, Quipu was established in March 2004 and is headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Quipu plays a central role within the ProCredit group, providing a comprehensive range of support services that enable the banks to become competitive and efficient.

What your key responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinate and organize meetings, appointments, trainings, events, and business trips.
  • Plan and manage in-house or off-site activities (e.g., conferences) and provide visitor support.
  • Address office management queries (e.g., stationery, hardware, travel arrangements).
  • Oversee inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including filing.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain personnel records and contract agreements.
  • Prepare monthly payroll.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Manager.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and operational readiness.
