Position: Office Administrator
Location: Bremen or Pristina
Responsibilities:
- Efficient organization and management of day-to-day office operations
- Support the executive team and staff with administrative and organizational tasks
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Prepare and organize meetings and events
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain databases and filing systems

Assist with HR-related tasks, including personnel administration, onboarding processes, and maintaining employee records
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Independent and structured working style
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office and common office software applications
