LuxDev, the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency launches a Call for Expression of Interest  (CEOI) for the acquisition of services for Utilization of Natural Resources and Minimally Processed Goods  in Kosovo on behalf of project KSV/023 receiving financial support from the government of the Grand-Duchy  of Luxembourg. 

Economic operators that are invited to express their interest to oƯer the services mentioned above are  specialised in conducting economic research, policy recommendations, export promotion, and  manufacturing value added of raw materials / natural resources  

Indicatively, economic operators will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience on  utilization of raw materials in the country and increase manufacturing value added (MVA) for domestic  consumption and export of local products. 

The start of the contract is foreseen for July 2025 and for a duration of 5 months. Economic operators must  be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in Republic of Kosovo. The maximum  budget available for this contract is estimated at EUR 55,000 (all taxes excluded). 

Interested economic operators are invited to submit suƯicient documentation to respond to the selection  criteria. The dossier, including the selection criteria and the application form, is available on request at the  address given below. 

The shortlist of candidates invited to submit a full oƯer will be established of a minimum three and  maximum eight candidates evaluated as qualified and ranked, if necessary, against the selection criteria.
