Job Summary:

As a Network Engineer at InterAdria L.L.C., you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our end customers network infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on Cisco networking equipment, with opportunities to work on Aruba and Juniper systems as well. You will collaborate with our dynamic team to ensure seamless and secure network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cisco Network Management: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and networking devices;
• Routing and Switching: Implement and optimize routing and switching protocols to ensure network performance and reliability;
• Network Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect against network threats and vulnerabilities;
• Aruba and Juniper Integration: Utilize your knowledge of Aruba and Juniper equipment to enhance our network infrastructure (experience in these areas is a valuable plus).
• Network Monitoring: Continuously monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal operation;
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures;
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network integration with various systems and technologies;
• Problem Resolution: Provide technical support for network-related issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise;

Qualifications:

• Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience);
• Minimum 2 Years of proven experience in network engineering with a strong focus on Cisco networking equipment;
• Proficiency in routing and switching protocols, including EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and spanning-tree protocols;
• Familiarity with Aruba and Juniper networking equipment is a valuable plus.
• Network security knowledge and experience with firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems is a valuable plus;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Minimum certified in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) ;
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is desirable;
