StarLabs is seeking for another skilled skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team and
contribute to the development of high-performing microservices. The ideal candidate will have experience with .NET technologies, a solid understanding of microservices architecture, and a passion for improving legacy applications using cutting-edge technologies.If you are an experienced professional with background in .NET and some of the other technologies and skills listed below, and you have at least more than (2+) years of experience, along with a strong drive for continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply.
What we are looking for:
Responsibilities:

• Application Lifecycle: Participate in the entire application lifecycle, with a focus on coding, debugging, and testing.
• Microservices Design: Design and develop highly performant microservices.
• Quality and Best Practices: Promote best practices, focus on quality, and explore new ways to
  enhance current and new systems.
• Collaboration: Work with engineers across multiple teams and continents to share knowledge
  and improve the codebase.
• Testing: Write unit and component automated tests to ensure high-quality code.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and debug microservices to identify and fix issues.
• Legacy Application Improvement: Utilize cutting-edge technologies to enhance legacy
  applications.
• Technical Requirements: Gather and address technical and design requirements for new and
  existing systems.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in the latest Microsoft .NET Technologies (.NET Framework and .NET Core).
• Experienced with relational database technologies (SQL Server or PostgreSQL).
• Knowledgeable in microservices architecture and eventual consistency.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development.
• Familiarity with containerization concepts and technologies (Docker).
• Proficient with testing frameworks (NUnit or XUnit).
• Experienced with the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).

Skills:

• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team, following Agile methodology.
• Deep understanding of source control and GIT flow.
• Prior knowledge or willingness to learn actor-based modeling (Microsoft Orleans or AKKA.Net).
• Prior knowledge or willingness to learn event streaming technologies (Kafka).
