Requirements

A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required,
Experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferred with a focus on music, media, or entertainment,
Strong sales and negotiation skills,
Understanding of music trends, digital streaming platforms is a plus,
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills,
Ability to manage multiple client accounts,
Ability to work independently and on a team
Problem-solving mindset, able to identify solutions to client challenges and negotiate favorable terms,

Duties

Identify emerging trends in the regional G international markets to lead sales strategies,
Identify new business opportunities, such as partnerships and distribution agreements,
Reach out to new clients and maintain strong relationships with them,
Schedule and attend meetings with local and international clients,
Negotiate contracts and partnership terms with clients,
